Our History
Bear Team Real Estate — the trade name of BearTeam LLC — is a boutique Orlando brokerage founded and led by Bethanne Baer, Broker/Owner. It is built on more than four decades of hands-on Central Florida experience, over 7,000 homes sold, and more than $4 billion in career volume.
From our office at 2300 S Crystal Lake Dr, the team has served generations of families across the Conway, Edgewood, and Belle Isle corridor and greater Orlando — through changing markets, changing rates, and changing neighborhoods, with the same steady process each time.

Bear Team was structured as the alternative to big-box brokerages: small enough that the broker knows your deals, experienced enough to handle anything a transaction produces, and honest enough to publish the compensation plan on the website.
Agents advance on production, not tenure. The 60/40 → 70/30 → 80/20 → 90/10 ladder, the single $16,000 company-dollar cap, the flat $150 per closing, and zero monthly fees are the same for everyone — there is no negotiated side deal.
Training is delivered through BearTeam Academy: contract writing, listing presentations, compliance, and prospecting, with a structured 30-60-90 day plan for new affiliates. Technology is BearTeamOS™ and Scout™ — built in-house for Bear agents rather than licensed from a vendor.
