Bethanne Baer has spent more than four decades helping Central Floridians buy and sell homes — over 7,000 closed homes and more than $4 billion in career volume. She founded Bear Team Real Estate as a boutique alternative to the big-box brokerages: a team small enough to know every agent and every street, and experienced enough to handle anything a transaction can produce.

Tom Songer leads Bear Team's day-to-day operations and growth — the systems, standards, and people that keep every client's experience consistent from first conversation to closing table. He runs agent recruiting and onboarding, and he is the person you'll talk to first when you reach out about joining.

Lissette Dennis represents Bear Team buyers and sellers across the Orlando area, bringing the team's deliberate, personal approach to every transaction — clear communication, honest guidance, and steady follow-through.

Iris Reddick works with Bear Team buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida, guiding clients through each stage of the process with the team's signature attention to detail.

Alex Volchek came to Bear Team from Kardosh Realty, drawn to the team's boutique approach — real support, honest guidance, and a structure that puts the client relationship first.

Kathleen Rutland, land advisory and economic development leader, joined real estate in 2007. A UCF graduate with a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown, she helps Central Florida landowners maximize their property's value.
